Conditions

The Silentwind power generator is warrant for 36 months from the date of purchase. The Hybrid Charge Controller is warrant for 24 months.
The warranty only applies if the product has been installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (as noted in the operating instructions).
The warranty covers normal use only and does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting tampering or repair, misapplication, interference of foreign objects, lightning.
The warranty does not cover warranty on the Whispering Blades by accidental or malicious damage to the blades.
If warranty service is required you should contact us by e-mail, provide a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of date of purchase.

Send or bring the product to Werner International Pty Ltd. Please note that freight to and/or from our service centre must be arranged by you.
